Set lists can be shared for client approval in advance, and the band will expertly read the room at every event, to ensure they are creating the perfect atmosphere. They can provide a variety of sets from tasteful background dinner music to dance music during a party set.

Working with an entertainment agency can be a great option if you are unsure about the style of entertainment you're looking for, particularly if you're looking for unique acts like circus performers or magicians. Golden Collective work with many agents, but it is cheaper to book the band directly, as an entertainment agency adds commission (usually about 20%).

Golden Collective require a deposit to confirm corporate events, private parties, and wedding bookings, this is 50% of the band fee. The remaining balance is payable 7 days before your event date.

The band's quote is for their event entertainment only. As the Golden Collective musicians are based in Dubai, they require clients to provide flights, transfers, and accommodation. They will also send you their rider which covers tech requirements, you can send this to the AV company that is supplying sound for your event.

On the day, you’ll need to factor in time before your event starts for the band to do a soundcheck (this can take up to 1 hour, depending on the size of the line up). The band will need a room to wait in between their sets, you may have heard of this referred to as a “green room”. They require a hot meal to be provided for all band members during an event, and access to drinking water.
