Last month, Dubai’s leading showband Golden Collective had the absolute pleasure of performing at one of the most exciting corporate events to happen in Dubai this year - Employment Hero’s Global Gathering 2025, hosted at the iconic Grand Hyatt hotel.
With nearly 1,500 guests flown in from around the world - including Australia, the UK, Canada, Vietnam, and beyond - this was truly a global celebration of talent and teamwork. We were honoured to be chosen by Dubai entertainment agency The Only Dandy as the featured corporate event entertainment for such a prestigious international gathering.
High-End Entertainment in Dubai
Employment Hero set the tone for a night of high energy bringing together their entire global team under one roof for a “white and gold” themed awards ceremony. From the very start, the brief was clear: create an electric atmosphere, deliver top-tier live music, and keep the energy high - and that’s exactly what we did.
Our 7-piece Dubai party band featured female and male vocalists, keys, saxophone, guitar, bass, and drums. We kicked things off with a smooth welcome set - laid-back, soulful, and designed to set the mood as guests arrived and mingled. From there, we launched into two full party sets of crowd favourites and floor-fillers.
The dance floor was packed from start to finish. It’s no exaggeration to say this was one of our favourite performances to date!

Our client specifically requested high energy and lots of audience interaction, and our singers delivered in full force. With years of experience performing with London’s top showbands, our lead singer Laura brought world-class charisma and professionalism to the stage - a level of experience you simply won’t find anywhere else in the region.
Laura is one of the only singers in Dubai with this kind of background, and it’s one of the many reasons Golden Collective has become the go-to Dubai showband for high-end events and luxury corporate entertainment.
